Jack Kent Cooke Transfer Scholarship...Am I Ready?

Hi! I’m a community college sophomore and this year I want to apply for the Jack Kent Cooke Transfer Scholarship worth $40,000 to go to whatever college I want, most preferably the most prestigious ones. Do you think I am ready to apply based on the following information? And what are my chances of winning it?

GPA: 4.0 (Summa cum Laude)
Honors: About to complete 30 hours of honors credit by the time I graduate; NSCS; PTK
Leadership: Peer Mentor, Honors Club Treasurer, NSCS Secretary, Ladies’ Mentorship Program, honors academic and public speaking conferences, and I want to be a tutor, student ambassador, PTK officer, Honors fundraiser coordinator, and founder and president of a new science club I want to establish since there are hardly any science clubs at my campus
Service since summer 2015: Peer mentor (again), Meal server for the poor coming to a local church, Honors fundraiser coordinator (again), new science club festival director; Museum of Science Fiction volunteer
Awards: Honors Scholarship, Delta Sigma Theta, (3) Dean’s List/Presidential Scholar, Service Scholarship
Family income (2015): $65,000
My goals: Major in neuroscience, take initiative in recruiting associate degree holders for merit scholarships, be more community-oriented to African-Americans, females, low-income students, and disabled students, who would otherwise not afford higher education, become a neuroscientist specializing in engineering, biomedical, or computational research and, through teamwork with other scientists, engineers, and physicians, design something that will really help the autistic population socialize better and eventually overcome the neurological disorder.
Concerns: My family complains that I am gaining weight, I cannot listen the first time they are saying something, I am too lazy to carry on minor responsibilities, and so they might need to keep me home after I graduate so I can totally fit in with other university people in the future. I fear that I cannot win the scholarship again and college costs will be more unaffordable.

Oh, and I’m applying to GMU, UVA, W&M, Georgetown, American, and JHU.

Your GPA and extra-curriculars are definitely comparable to winners of the scholarship.
