Jacob’s School of Music for Fall 2025

Hi all. My son has applied RD to the Jacobs School of Music for Fall 2025 for Horn Performance. To my knowledge decisions for JSOM are due out by April 1st (they said Apr1st was their goal). I’ve read that lots of folks are awaiting RD admissions decisions for other degree programs at IUB outside of JSOM that they were supposed to hear about by Mar 15th. Seems like lots of folks are still waiting. I’m worried that JSOM decisions will be delayed too.

Has anyone already received a decision for JSOM for Fall 2025 and was it RD? If so when and how did you receive the notification? Was the financial aid package attached?
