Jan SAT II

Okay, here’s the thing. I’ve studied and all, and I’ve done tons of practice tests. But I have this feeling that I’m going to bomb this test. I don’t know if it’s just nerves or if there’s something I still haven’t done (in terms of studying).

Nooo, be positive! Thinking you may bomb the test won’t help you–it will hurt you. Just make sure to have a good Friday- relax and pamper yourself. You want to be ready as ever for Saturday, and having a good day before and a good night’s sleep will help you to feel confident. You’ve studied, and you just need to let all that practice flow out onto your paper. Good luck!! :)

I’m thinking of going to see a movie the day before the test lol. But I can’t help but think that I could be doing something more productive with that time.
But I guess you’re right. stress on the day before the test is a bad idea.

It’s a beautiful day here in Vancouver… I think I’ll go for a walk later today  Get lots of sleep tonight! And eat a banana or a chocolate bar before the test.

I’m in Vancouver too! Well WR to be specifc… but not nice day for me… I’m still studying… US History is hard

ARe you guys nervous at all?

i’m not nervous. this test will be so easy. barrons tests were easy

I’ve studied for the past 6 weeks!

6 USH practice tests
7 Literature practice tests
2 Math L2 practice tests

And read through a few prep books front and back.

I don’t know how more ready I could be, though I’m still nervous about just BOMBING these damn tests, just b/c tomrrow may not be the day for me!

anth_03… why are you taking US History? It must be hard having no US History courses in Canada :frowning: BTW which test center are you going to?

lynden, WA - I missed the International deadline. What about you?

I know - I thought it would be easy b/c of the distribution in the CB book (like 10 wrong can still be an 800) and I though, hey CDN history was quite easy and I thought there would be an overlap (no such overlap) so US history cant be that different - Boy was I in for a surprise… American history covers like 500 years… but I’ve just suck with it. I’m hoping for a really easy version tomorrow (I can dream).

I’m going to Prince of Wales in Vancouver. Aww I see… Well best of luck to you tomorrow!

well. the test sucked. But not as much as I had expected. I think I might actually do good on it.

us history was soooo hard… so much hard than CB practice
