the three points were (-2,-1), (-1,0) and (-3,0). they asked you what “a” was in ax^2+Bx+C
the graph turned out to be x^2+4x+3</p>
<p>I sort of remember the roots being -1.5, -2.5</p>
<p>The sentence was something like “a real reason [for initiating the Cold War] was wanting,” wasn’t it? In that context I think “lacking” makes more sense.</p>
<p>kirving I’m pretty sure the answer was a>1. I looked at it and y went up ~3 when x was one away from the vertex. If a=1, then y should have gone up 1.</p>

<p>what’s max you can get if you didn’t write a conclusion on essay… I wrote an intro and 2 body paragraphs…all 3 paragraphs are well written but don’t use great vocabulary. </p>
