Acere -

I took the test this morning and I got the impression that the math section was really simple, so I would bet that the curve is going to be pretty harsh (as usual).

BallPlayer7000 -

Ya I thought so too, except for the 4 questions that I omitted. Even if the curve is harsh as you said, would a 48 raw score get me a 700?

Thanks.

Acere -

Difficult to say. Do you know what a raw score of 48 has equated to in past administrations?

www.collegeboard.com says that you can check on 2/15.

A -1 on the math section would give you a 780 or 790 right?

The essay prompt was very doable, thank god! I only fear essay prompts that has to do with current technology and present day situations because basically all of my examples come from history and classic lit =P

Scores go up Feb. 15. Score reports, probably a week later.

Oh man, is it just me or were the sentence completions a lot harder than those from the BB? There was one that didn’t have any challenging vocab, but it was still hard.

Also for CR, did anyone get 24 questions, 24 questions, ans then 18 questions!? Isn’t it suppose to be 24, 24, 19?

One of my CR had 25 questions. Strange…

I think I had 18 questions too … o.o but I don’t remember

For the math section, about how many rectangles can fit in a circle, what did you guys put for the answer? I think it’s infinite.

i put more than 4 or whatever… .cuz it is infinite

I put infinite as well.

dammit i was gonna put that

what about the one with the perimeter having to be equal to the area for what value of the side length

i got 1.6 …

it was 52 (i think thats the question you’re reffering to)

im was talkin about the one were the perimeter=area

1.6 as well

Today I got…

Section 1 : Essay
Section 2 : Math
Section 3 : Critical Reading
Section 4 : Writing
Section 5 : Math (may be experimental - compare to other tests)
Section 6 : Math
Section 7 : Critical Reading
Section 8 : Critical Reading

My firends got different sections: one got experimental section for Critical Redaing; the other got experimental section for writing.
