We found a surprisingly affordable (essential for us) solution with a company called “Make Your Own Jeans” (you can find them via Google), in India. You’re given very detailed instructions on how to measure, then can choose from a nearly infinite variety of styles and fabrics, with whatever tweaks to the design you want to make. The result was beautifully made, incredibly well-fitting jeans for a price we could afford – and turnaround time was quite short. They also make suits, jackets, shirts, and other kinds of clothing. I highly recommend them.</p>
