are there many jewish fraternities on campus? what are some of the big ones? how is each one different?

I believe AEPi and SAMmy are both Jewish. You might look them up at [Greek Life at the University of Michigan](http://www.umgreeks.com)

FIRST…go to each fraternity in which you have an interest during rush…but I will give the overall impression. Currently, there are two, active Jewish fraternities at Michigan, Alpha Epsilon Pi (AEPi) and Sigma Alpha Mu (Sammy). AEPi is considered better-they party with better sororities and have a better overall reputation. However, Sammy has drastically improved over the past few years and is starting to build a good reputation.

There are also two fraternities with existing members that have been kicked off campus, Zeta Beta Tau (ZBT) and Delta Sigma Phi (Delta Sig or Sig, Inc). They have underground rushes. Previously, these were the top Jewish houses.

It should be noted that non jewish houses like Pi Kappa Alpha (PIKE), Chi Phi, and Phi Kappa Psi (Phi Psi) have a fair aount of Jews as well.
