JHU has P/F first semester. Where else has this?

<p>So Johns Hopkins Univ. has Pass/Fail for the entire first semester, required for all incoming freshman. I think there are some places where you can elect this … but, are there any other universities that have this required for all freshman or is that unique to JHU? Thx.</p>

<p>I believe MIT is p/f first semester and Caltech is p/f for the first year.</p>

<p>Caltech is pass/fail for the first two terms (there are three terms, so that’s not the whole year).</p>
