<p>You certainly can, but remember that, even though Berkeley is prominent enough to be a destination for out of area companies recruiting for new graduates, the out of area companies may not visit the career center as much as local companies do, simply because of convenience. So you may have to be more aggressive at finding out of area companies to apply to.</p>
