Jogging the the morning

Do any of you jog in the morning?

Do you eat before you jog or jog before you eat? I tried to search on Google to see which is the best, but there are so many different answers!

HAha. I’m trying to shape up before prom. I plan to walk/jog a mile everyday. I just started today. : ) I must say it is very refreshing.

Six weeks ahead of time should be a good amount of time right? =)

Anyone else exercising for the sake of prom?

yea but i recomend trying to run more than a mile you will feel even better.

Okay during my season we had a conditioning practice in the morning every morning so i was forced to eat before. But for me after I work out I am always hungry, so in the off season i always eat afterwards.

Plus if you eat afterwards you can provide your body the protien needed to convert the fat that was burned off into muscle. Then you would look thin and lean.

I’d feel sick if I ate before I ran, I prefer to do it afterward; and even then just a light snack.

I have to eat before or else I faint…this doesn’t seem to be the case for most people, though.

I don’t jog, but I work out for about an hour and a half every day. I eat before and after. Less before than after, but I still eat.

You should definitely jog first and eat afterward.

Fat can’t be converted in to muscle. Fat is burned off, and then muscle is created, but the fat itself isn’t actually changed to muscle. Duh.

but you got what i was saying
