<p>Has anybody received notification on whether or not they were chosen to receive the scholarship?
I applied for this one and thought I had a good chance at winning (valedictorian, 32 ACT, clubs, community service, etc.), but I have not heard anything yet.
I called the phone number from the website and, after several rings, heard a recording that said I should e-mail the administrator at <a href="mailto:cougle@rogers.com">cougle@rogers.com</a>.
I was about to do so, but decided to look online first, and found this e-mail posted on a different forum:</p>

<p>Those chosen to receive an award will be advised by e-mail and by phone later this week. Those who included the optional $8.00 for a written response and a funding program will receive their letter next week.

<p>So, I decided that I would just wait a bit longer, because I did pay the $8.00.
I was just wondering if anybody has received some kind of response.
