Hi guys, I had a question regarding the length of the Johnson Scholarship essay. I know it gives a maximum of 1,000 words, but do you think it would be okay to write like 500-600? That’s around the same length of my other long essays and I don’t really see myself writing that many words. I know it’s a maximum but a lot of the time when people give a maximum they mean the ideal length…
Why not? If it’s good I think they’d be impressed. Sometimes less is more.
I don’t have any inside knowledge on the Johnson selection process though…
