Journey into college, let's start here.

Being a Freshman, I want to start my college years on a good note.
That being said, here’s my first group of questions…

I just found the class called MATH 1890 - FWS: Writing in Mathematics
I might want to take that class since I like Math, and for a Freshman Writing Seminar, that seems like a fun way to make Writing not difficult for me.
What exactly is Writing in Mathematics? Do I have to explain theories in Math, the history, and such? Maybe the researching history part sounds fine, but the explaining theories isn’t.

I also got this weird email saying
“Your Cornell University Online Bills”

Telling me to sign up at a third party website at “https://bosebill.salliemae.com/NetPay/EBPP/Cornell/...</a>.” Is it a real website? It did get into my SPAM box, so it could be fake. But I have a good feeling that it is real.

Thirdly, I mentioned this months ago but, I have an extra Phillies ticket, VIP Box seats, given by the Mayor of Philadelphia to me, and it’s for the final regular season game against the Marlins on October 4th, which is a Sunday. Not wanting to sell them, and actually want to go to the game and come back the same day (it’s possible), does anyone else want to come with me? ~Don’t start ranting about the Phillies, I really don’t care.

That’s for the responses in advance.
Dorm room - Low Rise 6, Unit 2, Suite 2

that is the real online bills. at least that site displayed my real amount owed, so i’m trusting it…please tell me if this is wrong anyone.

It is real, don’t worry. It’s hosted by Sallie Mae.

I’m pretty sure it’s legit, because there’s a link to that site from the Cornell Bursar Services website.

ill go. Im in LR6 unit 1. Well def meet @ cornell. pm me for fb info

The website seems legit after seeing it.

Fourth question: How high are the single beds, in other words, how much space is under the bed cause I might put small boxes under it.

Fifth question: I just looked at the diagram of the supposed room if someone had a Single, lucky me $900 more a year, is there really no closet in a single room?

The diagram was here: [Housing - Floor Plans](<a href=“Residential Life | Student & Campus Life | Cornell University”>Residential Life | Student & Campus Life | Cornell University)

I took MATH 1890 last semester, and its an awesome writing seminar. Very chill, and the guy who teaches it is really nice.
