Jr. Looking for Chance Information

I am a Jr and would welcome any thoughts on my chances at these schools noting that I have made some assumptions
• SAT: Taking in June but likely will only submit ACT w/SAT II’s unless
the SATs are over 2100
• SAT IIs: Taking this Sat (Math II. Chem and Physics) and anticipate
being over 700 on each
• ACT: 31 Composite, 32 “Super” Composite, 33 Math, 35 Science
• GPA: 3.6ish UW (now) with upward trend and lots of honors AP
courses. Should be 3.8ish UW end of Senior Yr.
• Rank: Top 12% probably Top 10% by the end of my Junior year
• Rigor - By End of Senior Year I will have taken 6 AP Course (Physics
(as a Jr.), Calculus, World History, Chemistry & Biology) and 11
Honors Courses. Also have 15 credits from a local college for
courses (Math/History) taken as a Freshman and Sophomore.
• EC – TKD Black Belt, part time job, 3 years Track, Biology Club,
etc. Will be adding in volunteer work in the upcoming summer.
• Essays – I’m guessing they will be really good but I assume
everyone thinks that.
• School Type: Competitive NJ Public School
• Recommendations – Top level if I can believe what they tell me

My current list, and how I think they apply, includes the following as I plan to study Astronomy/Physics:

Univ. of Chicago – Super Reach
Columbia – Super Reach
Cornell – Reach (low or high?)
Univ. of Michigan – Reach (low or high?)
UC – Santa Barbara (Reach only because I’m out of state)
UC – San Diego (Reach only because I’m out of state)
McGill – Match
Univ. of Illinois - Match
Univ. of Maryland (College Pk) - Match
Ohio State - Match
Univ. of Wisconsin (Madison) – Match
Univ. of Boston – Match
Univ. of Colorado (Boulder) – Safety
Penn State – Safety
Rutgers – Safety

Okay. I wouldn’t say Univ of Chicago/Columbia are SUPER reach. If you get 2100+ on SAT or at least in that range. It’d be a reach. But not SUPER reach. There’s a chance. Cornell is a reach, but not super either. A fair reach.

I’d actually say UMich is a mid-range for you. UCSB/UCSD you are right, reach because of OoS. The res tseem pretty good  You have your colleges pretty set in my opinion.

“Taking in June but likely will only submit ACT w/SAT II’s unless
the SATs are over 2100”

I was in a similar predicament. Unfortunately, the College board sends all of your scores, so if you send SAT IIs they will get your SAT Reasoning score.
