June 2008 Lit and Nov 2007 Lit

I’m a rising senior right now, so I took the lit test back in Nov. I just took it today cause I was so disappointed with my score (a 670) after scoring 780+ on all my practice tests.

Anyways, as soon as I opened my book, the first thing that popped out at me was that I’d read this before. Flipped through the pages a little more and found out that I had seen all these passages before, the questions were different though.

So here’s the thread from back then:

http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/sat-subject-tests-preparation/412896-official-nov-literature-test-thread.html

And in case anyone’s wondering how I did this time? I messed up the time management and only got to 54

Yeah, I took the Lit in Nov. I have a few friends who took it in June, and we’ve been chatting about the passages as if we took the same test. It feelt really weird–we were saying which passages we liked/disliked, but I already knew my score and they didn’t. Is it common that the same passages are reused? I thought not, but apparently I’m wrong!

Wow, I can’t believe it. They didn’t even change the questions. It was exactly the same.

Well, I hope I did well…Maybe the scores thread from November will tell us something about the curve for that test.
