<p>This topic was great for history. I built two paragraphs off of World War II and had about half a page on a personal (fake) experience as well.</p>

<p>The topic was perfect for Anthem.</p>

<p>I thought the topic was perfect for history as well. I wrote about Wilson, Roosevelt, and (a fictional character from Atlas Shrugged) John Galt.</p>

<p>^ Anthem, by Ayn Rand, is about a guy named Equality who lives in a dystopic communist society where no one does anything by themselves. As a result, they force themselves to be ignorant of human potential. However, Equality works alone and discovers electricity and his true identity.</p>

<p>I’d say that that’s almost exactly what the topic was asking about.</p>

<p>@notreal: Allied forces had a similar goal so they got along well and united over one cause. On the other hand, Allies and Axis did not have the same views so they erupted into a war.</p>
