@thenorthstar Um I pray to god that is not what the science curve will be…
When are scores expected to be released? Thanks.
Hoping the science curve is generous
Can someone do a prediction?
-3-5 English
-3-5 Math
-4-5 Reading
-8 Science (lol im dying here)
Hopeful for a 32 honestly at this point. Went in wanting a 33, but yeah… science…
@slimman131 what is? My composite, or science?
Compared to the April test, I thought english and math were a piece of cake. Reading was a big iffy but I thought science was actually kinda hard. I always tend to screw up on 2 sections and do well on the other 2, and then vice versa for the next test so we’ll see.
English - Easy finished when time was up
Reading - Easy not enough time didn’t get to the last two passages
Math - Medium I got half of them but the rest of the half got to me
Science - Hard got half of them then it become ultra hard
English: -0 to -3
Math: -1 to -2
Reading: -1 to -3
Science: -1 to -4
Predict please?
Just saying to all who want people to predict their scores… Just because they claim something doesn’t mean that is what the score is actually going to be. Why waste the time, just be patient and wait for when your test is scored.
Can someone predict my scores please?
English -1 to -3
Math -3 to -5
Reading -1 to -3
Science -2 to -5
I need at least a 32
Omg all you stop asking for people to predict your curve. We all know you can predict yourself and why would this matter at all. There is no point in predicting or worrying now, just wait for your scores. The second you start predicting you will be disappointed when you see your actual scores. Calm down, breathe, hang out with friends its summer. Get off this damn forum. Pce out.
@duhlife
Best case:
36/34/36/35
Worst case:
34/33/34/31
This is based off of april’s curve and my opinions
Was gonna study for the ACT, then for the past 3 days I had work for 12hrs/day + 2hrs/day volunteer work. Life’s peachy. WITHOUT SPECIFICS (don’t want test invalidation, do we?), did y’all think your test was easier than the one earlier in the year? The reading seemed a bit more complex, I guess because I was familiar with the previous works, but the math and science seemed far easier.
Waitin’ for scores, may the odds ever be in your favor.
XD
How does the science curve work? It’s not always a -1 is a 35 right? Doesn’t this vary from test to test? I’ve taken it 2X and both times I got a 29 on science. How many does that mean I missed? TIA for any help.
BTW, there were two questions where none of the answers were correct, both in the English section. I stared at them until my forehead bled and couldn’t figure the damned thing out. Finished the test, went back and diagrammed the sentence options, none of them were perfect English- which, ya’ know, is like the point of the ENGLISH test…
My opinions:
English was harder than april’s test and anything I’ve taken but I feel I performed well on it.
Math was pretty standard until the last 10 questions or so. Some of those questions seemed like they belonged on a math 2 SAT subject test. Definitely exceeded expectations, no way I’m matching my 34 math from april
Reading was predictable. The dual passage was easy. The only passage I had some difficulty with was the very 1st one.
Science completely wrecked me in april. Despite scoring 31+ on every practice science test I took I managed to only get a 26. This test I managed better, and content wise it was a bit simpler (the quark passage last time was brutal). However, it was still more difficult than anything in the red book.
