what??? but girlrockingguna you’re so smart at chem
for me on SN, I got 770, 780, 790, 800 (legit…woot 10 point increment ftw!)

I’m doing a Barron’s test right now…hope I get an 800

what about mcgraw hills
i got 690 and 710 on tht, how accurate is it?
is it more difficult ?
what might i get on the real one

Can you use 2 different calculators during the test?

why would you need 2 calculators?

84 is generally faster, nspire for certain things?

*****. just got a 710 on the 4th barron’s test in the back… gotta dominate the next!

Hmm… Barrons diagnostics - 800, two practice tests, 800, 800.

I think Math II is going to be fine… Bio on the other hand… :/

@vbpointer42: hahahaha… good one.
@aznpride: totes know what u mean dude. totes know.

taking my first test tonight DannyNobel. I will let u know how many i omit laterz~

I have pr. Is it worth getting barrons today and doing like 3 barrons today?

go for it. i am cramming all of barrons from 5 PM-9 PM(already took precalc so it will mostly be review and relearning some stuff) and then ima take all the practice tests out of barrons/sparknotes.

are the sparknotes test most like the actual exams?

…completely ignored the first time…

Ok my bookstore didn’t have barrons but it had CB book. I think I’ll finish sparknotes tonight and do the cb tests tomorrow.

ok…someone answer me…please?

I don’t think a lot of people take McGraw Hill, but I’m pretty sure I remember reading a thread that said it was a tad harder.

seriously?!
wow that was a relief…
someone kept telling me it was a piece of cake!
what do you think i would get if i got like a 690 700 on Mcgraw

@everyone else- I got some math questions for yo pleasure from the blue book, sank you for answering
6) The intersection of a cube with a place could be which of the following?
I. square
II. parallelogram
III. triangle
A. I only
B. II only
C. III only
D. I and III
E. I II and III
17) Which of the following is an equation whose graph is the set of points equidistant from the points (0,0) and (0,4)
A. x = 2
B. y = 2
C. x = 2y
D. y = 2x
E. y = x+2
29) If x = y, then x^2 = y^2
If x and y are real numbers, which of the following cannot be inferred from the statement above?
A. In order for x^2 to be equal to y^2, it is sufficient that x be equal to y.
B. A necessary condition for x to be equal to y is that x^2 be equal to y^2
C. x is equal to y implies that x^2 is equal to y^2
D. If x^2 is not equal to y^2, then x is not equal to y
E. If x^2 is equal to y^2, then x is equal to y

Also, can someone explain to me how to tackle logic problems for Math II in general (like a semi logic crash course, cos Barrons doesn’t talk about it AT all) and also about the various intersections with a plane (cylinder, cone, etc.) and what they form.
Thanks!
girlrockingguna is online now

^ 1. E 2. B 3. A ???

Also does anyone else feel pressed for time when doing a barron’s test, or should I try and pick my pace.

Like I get everything done but with 3-5min left.
