<p>I basically self-studied with some awesome help from the Sparknotes guide. That was a HUGE help. The only problem with it is that it can confuse you from time to time (it assumes you KNOW something already sometimes from previous chapters) and the practice questions are too easy compared to the acutal SAT II Physics questions. I suggest doing what I failed to do: study with the Sparknotes help and do a LOT of practice tests. I didn’t do the latter and regret it.
