<p>i took a math class at my local jc for hs credit. does this count as a college level course like an AP or Honors class that would give an extra gpa point or is it just like a cp class?</p>

<p>UC’s will count the class into your UC GPA and treat the grade just like an AP class. (5.0 scale)</p>

<p>if you took it at a cc in California check out assist.org it well tell you what the class you took at cc is equivalent to at ucsb.</p>
