<p>So I am a Junior Biology major at a small private college looking to transfer either the spring or fall to a larger, state University. Mostly for financial reasons and to get a fresh start with a more concentrated major program. My current GPA rests at a 2.0…very low as I’ve had some issues recently with family financial situations and stress, but still looking to transfer schools and redeem myself. </p>
<p>Anyone know of advice if University’s in Pennsylvania (particularly Pittsburgh area) accept Juniors as transfer students?</p>
