relative to your place in your class, your GPA & your AP results your SAT prediction looks low, and for what you want I think it will be reasonably relevant. That’s because…
2)…none of the places that you list offer advertising as a major, and marketing is found inside of the business schools- so, Whitman, Ross, Stern, Keenan-Flagler, etc.- which are typically more competitive than general admission to those universities, and 1250 is low for some (eg Syracuse) and makes others very high reaches (UNC, NYU, UMi, etc).
I am pretty familiar with DC schools (public & private) and afaik every single one has naviance available- that is a good place to start.
UT and Syracuse both offer Advertising. Other than them I would be a Marketing major. And I am a huge pessimist so yes a 1250 is me being very conservative.
If financial aid is a concern, NYU is notoriously stingy, and FA for out of state residents is a big problem for out of state kids at schools like UCLA.
You can get a fairly good idea of your chances by taking a look at section C of the Common Data Set for the schools you’re interested in. Google: common data set name of school.
Section C9 shows that a 1290 SAT is 25th percentile, and a 1490 is 75th. If your expected SAT puts you below the 25th percentile at a school, you’d have to consider that an extreme reach.

You’re asking people here to guess your chances based on your guess of your scores. A guess based on a guess is worth what?
When you get your scores you’ll be able to go to the CDS for any school you’re interested in and get a slightly more informed idea what your chances are.
