<p>The college won’t consider the application complete and won’t consider the person for admission.</p>
<p>Well, I guess if the college does not require you to take SAT II, then obviously you don’t have to take SAT II or send scores (I’m not sure whether the CB sends SAT I & II scores together), and if the college does, then the application will considered incomplete.</p>
