<p>Hello all! My name is Amber; and I am a transfor student, out-of-state and I just got admitted to UIUC! (and I happily accepted my offer!) 
I did go down last week over my Spring break to go visit the campus, and I loved it!!! The people were friendly, and the professors were awesome! (I got to sit in on a class as well!) I also got to do the campus tour, and go into a dorm! (was confused on where to live) but I think I figured that out! (I’m a pretty social person- so you probably won’t find me in a quiet icelated dorm) Was picking a dorm at U of I as difficult as it was for me hard for anyone else? lol. I’m really excited and can’t wait to start in the Fall 2010!! I got into the Devision of General Studies program, but I will be transfering into the school of Socialwork to get my BSW in the Spring!! U of I is a great school with tons of oppertunities! I also plan to study abroad in Australia soon! Any thoughts? Pointers? If anyone is reading this and goes here, what are some pointers you can give? Thanks for reading!

<p>I notice you were out of state, and first thing I question if you have recieved aid package. The school has a great program for your study, congrats again.</p>
<p>Hello! Thanks for the replies. I am working on Financial Aide as we speak, so I probably won’t know until, a while now since I didn’t submit it by March 15th. Thanks everyone, I am really excited and can’t wait to start in the Fall!
