Just got my report card.....do I even have a chance?

Hey guys, I just got my report card for sophomore year (I know its a little late) and lets just say I didn’t do as well as I did freshmen year. Here are my grades:

Freshman:
Algebra - 95
Honors English - 93
Honors Global - 94
Honors Bio - 89 (kill me)
Honors Italian - 91
Overall unweighted GPA: 93

Sophomore:
Geometry - 91
Honors Englsh - 94
AP World - 90
Earth Science - 90
Honors Italian - 90
(I hope electives aren’t that important to colleges because I got an 89 in a computer graphics class, which by the way, I was forced into)
Overall unweighted GPA: 92

I know there are a lot of other factors that go into your decision for college like standardize testing, extracurricular activities, awards/honors and whatnot, but do I still have a chance at Colgate University with this GPA? I will be applying early decision.

Thank you!

And I’m from NY so we have regents grade (mine aren’t that good):
Algebra - 92
Geometry - 83
Living Environment - 90
Earth Science - 87
Italian - 93
Global - 93

Do colleges care about them?

Bump

Without standardized tests?
Not sure about your chances. Do you know your GPA out of 4?
Any EC’s to list?

@Jr12317 Well I haven’t taken the ACT yet but I’m aiming for a 32-33 (but anything can happen).

EC:
Red Cross secretary (10th and 11th)
Red Cross President (12th)
DECA (qualified to states)
Key Club
Mathletes
National English Honor Society (some kind of board position 12th grade)
National Science Honor Society
National Global Honor Society
National Math Honor Society
National Business Honor Society

Awards (not impressive):
Published poem
Semi Finalist Japan Writing Contest at Stonybrook

Wait… your grades are still very solid for your sophomore year… I’d say that you definitely still have a chance! Best of luck!
