Next–dumb people who are very disadvantaged in higher education. Let’s gear the world to the most limited.

“The universities agree that if they use dedicated electronic book readers, they will ensure that students with vision disabilities are able to access and acquire the same materials and information, engage in the same interactions, and enjoy the same services as sighted students with substantially equivalent ease of use.”

The schools already have to do this anyway, and know they always must, due to ADA. This settlement issue is a waste of time.

“The terms of the Justice Department’s agreement with each university become effective at the end of the pilot projects.”

Another reason why the agreement is a waste of time; it’s all a big “duh.” DOJ should be going after criminal bankers (I don’t mean honest bankers!).
