Tyson School of Medicine has achieved full accreditation from the Liaison Committee on Medical Education (LCME), with its next LCME survey visit scheduled for academic year 2028/2029. It has approval from the California Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education (BPPE) and received institutional initial accreditation from the WASC Senior College and University Commission (WSCUC), with the next visit scheduled in 2030.
