<p>I am a high school policy debater and I’m trying to pick my camp for this summer. I have only one year’s experience so far, with half of that in Novice division and half in Open division. I am not (and will not be next year) a top tier debater on the national circuit, but I traveled to a moderate number of tournaments in a handful of states. I plan to increase my travel (and commitment to debate) next year.</p>
<p>I don’t need the world’s best debate camp, but I do want to go to a good one. I found the page for the Kansas University one, and it is comparatively cheap. Cost is a big inhibitor for me, so that’s really important. But, I’ve never heard of that camp or known anyone that’s gone there. What kind of camp is it?</p>
