I’m self studying Environmental science this year and I purchased the 2008 edition of Kaplan’s EnvSci book.

It’s thicker than I expected, more so than Princeton Review’s.

does anyone know the reliability/adequacy of this book?

i know a lot of CCers recommend “Smartypants Guide” but I bought this book instead…

soo has anyone used it before?

I know someone who said it was unnecessarily long like barron’s.

but…that’s a good thing right? because I’m self studying…

No.

There’s a lot of useless, extraneous information.

try smartypants its really short, and to the point. i would maybe also try princeton. ive heard its not that bad. barrons is too much. like the person said above, it has too much info.
