If anybody has taken the PSAT and used Kaplan PSAT, could you tell me how accurate the practice tests are? I took a practice and got a 219 (78M, 68W, 73CR) which is pretty encouraging if these tests aren’t designed to just boost your morale…

I took the SAT prep at KAPLAN and i think that for you to get a high score on the SAT this course is not enough. Doing all the homeworks and watching the videos is very important after you finish the course. KAPLAN also gives you a large book with all the tests which helps you practice for the real test. Taking an essay course after is also a good idea to know exactrly what the requirements are.

I used Kaplan for the SAT and scored high 1700s- low 1800s on the practice tests, and 2080 on the real thing. Most people think Kaplan is easier than the actual test, but I found it considerably more difficult.

i used PR for the psat and on practice tests i got 210s-220s
got a 238 on the real thing so i guess it worked

I think Kaplan’s tests are a lot harder than the real thing
