<p>For those of you have taken Kaplan’s SAT prep, did you find that the coursebook and practice test book helpful? I’m deciding whether or not I should buy them because my friend is selling her coursebook and practice test book since she already took it. I was thinking of taking Kaplan’s SAT prep…should I just buy her course materials and not take the prep course? Thanks!</p>
<p>DONT take the prep course… unless u are scoring in the 1500s. If u are up in the 1900+, Kaplan is a waste of time. When I first started, I was at an 1880, and I only improved to a 1980 (I spent $900… the “full” package)… I now have been practicing and practicing with tests and have improved to 2250ish… a 270ish point increase by buying some tests (maybe total of $50)</p>
