Kaplan's Or Barron's for M.C. sect. of SAT II Writing?

<p>I know Barron’s has the best in essay prep but…</p>

<p>Which book is better with the multiple choice review and will guaranteed a 680+ assuming preparation is taken seriously?</p>

<p>both are good, like you said. I used kaplan and got a 760… my friend used barrons and got a 780…</p>

<p>How formal does the SATII writing have to be? Are contractions okay? Can you start out with a catchy line, instead of a formal intro? Is it possible to get a 6 without using hard SAT words?</p>

<p>okytdy, they don’t want you to use hard SAT words. They want you to write in your own language while maintaining a certain level of complexity. DONT USE BIG WORDS if it dosent help you emphasize a certain point.</p>
