Just wondering, is it easier for in state students to get into the bschool as opposed to out of state students? Or do they not have any in state advantage?

<p>It doesn’t make a difference. Factors they’ll weigh you on are GPA, resume, and essay.</p>
<p>Did I hear correctly that you can’t transfer into the B school, you had to apply to UNC and then the B school?</p>
<p>Correct. You can’t apply to the b school until you have grades in other classes at UNC.</p>

<p>Anatoly, it depends. If you apply for next year’s fall, they’ll wait for your fall’s grades. Decision is out January. If you apply for spring, then that’s a different story. Talk to your advisor about that.</p>
