Kent dress code for girls?

<p>What is the Kent dress code for girls? Skirts and? How do the girls dress in the winter?</p>

<p>the dress code is “formal”
meaning a dress skirt of a length at or about the knee (i saw much shorter at revist day though, slacks or corduroy pants may be worn with a blazer, dressy top or shirt, shoes, dress sandals with a heel (including birkinstocks for some reason) or sneakers in good repair. no strapless or spaghetti strapped dresses for class and under garments should not be visible…</p>

<p>it basically like the dress code at any public school,
excpet your not allowed to wear jeans,flip flops, sweats, and stuff like that to class</p>

<p>How brand conscious are kids at Kent? Even though it’s “formal”, how creatively diverse would you say the clothes are?</p>

<p>Have you heard of the show Gossip Girls?
Its based on Bamford, an elite school here.
I saw one episode and it blew my mind as to how similar the dress attire was to girls at Kent.

<p>i saw alot of skirts and cardigans and things when i was there for revisit day…
i dont know how brand conscious everyone is,
but i know i saw everything including american eagle and vieyard vines…</p>

blazer and tie
dress shirt (tucked it)
dress slacks or corduroy pants
socks and shoes,
dress sandals (including birkinstocks–i dont understand that)
or sneakers in good repair
blazers must be worn not carried</p>
