I have a relative, early '20’s, culinary school grad with some good experience in his field, who is interested in volunteering on a kibbutz for a period as long as a year. I know that some kibbutzim actually operate good restaurants, and I was wondering if anyone knows where to go to get the best info on specific volunteer opportunities at different ones.

<p>There are a bunch of websites for kibbutz volunteering. When it comes to Israel, you should assume that any resources are online or pretty easily accessible starting online. Just search for how to volunteer on a kibbutz and you’ll probably get 20 organizations, including what you need.</p>
<p>Thanks! I’m actually finding a ton of online resources, but I was hoping that someone might be familiar with a particular site or organization that has good information on the specific kinds of vocational training different kibbutzim would like volunteers to bring, or might be able to use.</p>
