<p>my 15 yr old has that much at least in savings- she has been accumulating her birthday and christmas money as well as odd job savings for about a year or two to save for a trip- his parents could have assumed he was going to save it for a car or for college- Im sure they never dreamed it would be spent on taxis to try and get to Bagdad</p>
