Just in brief, I am a junior, high GPA, many APs, high SAT, etc…

So I was looking on the University of Illinois website, and came across this paragraph in the GPA admissions requirements section:

“Since the grade point average used to establish admission qualifications is based on all transferable coursework attempted, applicants from institutions that delete grades for coursework failed and/or repeated may find their opportunities limited to special admission.”

I took honors alg. 2 in 9th grade and got two Cs, retook in 10th and got two As. My school leaves the original grades on the transcript, but doesn’t count these grades into the overall GPA (so only the As “count”). So, does this one little thing hurt my chances at UofI, and if so, do other universities have similar policies? (Also, will they even notice?)

Thanks…:)
