<p>I just watched the film today. I noticed a couple of scenes alluded to the subject of the thread, but I don’t want to go into any detail in fear that it might spoil the film for others. Did anyone else notice it and do you think it was intentional?</p>

<p>lol. Allusion is somewhat subjective unless it implies stuff like Bible or mythology so i’m not sure if those r real allusions or ur liberal bias. But anyways i’ll be willing to listen.</p>

<p>I’m referring when Carl (or Karl) is says that that he should continue to film his movie despite the fact that members of his crew died to honor their memory, that his dead crew members did not die in vain. I googled it, but I couldn’t find anything though. When I watched it, it just reminded me how Bush stated that we were going to stay the course despite antiwar opposition.</p>
<p>I’m pretty sure that was not intended as an allusion to Bush and the war in Iraq.</p>
