<p>Is it nice over there? How far is it from UCF? Does Aid cover it? How much is the lease and is it per year? Sorry for all the questions just want to know</p>
<p>I loved the apartments when I toured it last month. I already signed the lease. It’s right across the street from UCF. Financial aid will cover it but you have to fill out a form and have the F.A advisor sign it saying when f.a will come in. I signed my lease while they were having a special and it’s $525 I believe. The renovated apartments are really nice. The ones that are not are nice as well, they’re just not AS nice. The lease is per year.</p>
<p>The amenities Knights Circle [Formerly Pegasus Landing…] are really good. With all the updates for the apartments and all, its good property for its worth. </p>
<p>HOWEVER…</p>
<p>It is NOT a safe property. At all. Within the last summer [and up until last night] there have been multiple warnings sent out to the residents here on the email list. In June/July, there was a Carjacking on property. A woman was killed behind the property during Spring Semester. LAST NIGHT gun shots were fired on property near building 5. </p>
<p>They’ll tell you that cops patrol the area and that it’s gated. It ISN’T enough.</p>
