Has anyone else run into those guys who have been going around trying to give out meditation books the last few days? Anyone know what there deal is? There from some kind of organization called krishna path. They gave me a really uneasy feeling.

Are you sure they weren’t from an organization called ISKON? That religious group often goes around on these ‘missionary’ runs. But you shouldn’t feel uneasy, us Hindu missionaries seldom burn down your village unless you convert and adopt our lifestyle.

Hmmmm, it’s possible. One of them gave me a card that said Krishna path on it. Both the guys I met were just really aggressive and awkward.

They were both white with shaved heads and very plain, eastern looking clothing. Does this sound like ISKON?

I meant to say ISKCON*.
But yeah, there are lots of whites/non-Indians from like Europe to South America that kind of got into similar meditation-based Hindu groups… I’ve seen ISKCON guys with what you’re describing (assuming eastern clothing is like a white cloth wrapped around you).

It could just be a small yoga/meditation group filled with potheads too… I wouldn’t worry about it though.

As always, you should listen to your [inner frat boy.](<a href=“Billy's Inner Frat Boy - YouTube”>Billy's Inner Frat Boy - YouTube)

Haha, this reminds me of one year when a group of students from one of the christian clubs were trying to pressure me into their club, even though I clearly stated I was in a different religion…
