<p>Anyone had any experience with renting at La Jolla Vista Townhomes?</p>
<p>My friend lives there. Pretty nice townhouses. A lot of people in sororities/frats live there though, just sayin.</p>
<p>I have found that sorority women and fraternity men are a whole lot more respectful and aware of their surroundings than the average student. They have to try a whole lot harder because everyone gives them crap just because they wear letters. What’s your excuse for insulting a group of people on the grounds that they are affiliated?</p>
<p>I think the implication is not that they are bad people but that they are very social people and therefore tend to host larger parties which could be noisy at late hours. That was in fact part of what I was asking, so thanks.</p>
