labor jobs?

I’m trying to move out of my parent’s house and become be able to pay for my own living expenses. I’ve been doing some job browsing through my college website, and the “labor” jobs tend to have a higher hourly wage ranging from $9-13/hr as oppose to $8 or below for most of the other jobs. The job that I’m looking at in particular is a window cleaning job that has a starting wage of $9, and you build your way up to $13 or even $15. In the beginning of the job description, it says “Very physical work 12 months a year.” I’m wondering if anyone has any experience with jobs that require you to work your buns off.

By the way, I’m an international student, and I’m legally obligated to work at most 20 hours/week. I also have to find work on campus.

I know it’s very late to apply for jobs, but my circumstances have changed some over the last couple of weeks. Any insight/advice is appreciated.
