<p>What LAC have excellent economic and political science programs? While also being feeder schools to great graduate programs that could come from those two majors.</p>
<p>Rhodes, which I mentioned in your other thread, is a LAC. The two econ students I most recently worked with personally are in Ph.D. programs at Texas A&M and Caltech, both with good funding offers from places all over the country. Other econ students from the class of 2008 (it’s the report I happen to have in front of me) went to places like Johns Hopkins, UVA, Vanderbilt, etc. PoliSci students went to Johns Hopkins, William & Mary, UVA, WashU, Notre Dame, etc. I will say that most of those PoliSci students went on to law school rather than masters or Ph.D. programs.</p>
