Lack of formal clubs

I am an International student.
In 9th grade, a concept of clubs began in my school. But due to the lack of time, the concept ended within 2 weeks.
I am a student who is involved in a lot of activities ( Quizzing, Literary activities, Philately & Numismatics, Music)
Students who were interested in these activities interacted a lot informally ( And I acted as a mentor to a lot of young students who were interested in Philately & Quizzing). We met weekly once and had informal discussions ( exchanged books in Quizzing and exchanged coins/stamps in Philately and Numismatics)

Will the lack of formal clubs negatively affect my application? ( I was the leader and organiser in all these activities, but I don’t have a title like the President of Quiz Club ).

Teachers know about some of these activities. Are these activities worth mentioning in the application?

I think it would help you a lot if you could write extensively on these informal interactions. If you can show you had a lot of interest in helping he people around you and what made said interactions meaningful, it will help a lot.
