Lady Gaga...how about that half time show!

Actually, it was only a 12-minute set, but she packed in a LOT of stuff in that 12 minutes, but more importantly, yes, she had no one else on lead vocals so she had to carry that entire 12 minutes.

Thank Teri…it seemed longer, but yes…the important point…she did it all. No one else was called up to help out.

And the most impressive thing to me was that she caught the ball at the end! I have a “Million Reasons” to like her The interview on CBS This Morning was wonderful. She seems to be a lovely, complicated person, as many artists are. I love the relationship she seems to have with her family and also Tony Bennett. He seems to be a good mentor to her. He only had a brief relationship with Amy Winehouse and has said he has some regrets about not doing more to help her. Lady Gaga is very talented and should have a very long career, as she can move between many genres successfully.

Tony Bennett has also done collaborative work with kd lang. OMG, what a combination.

I loved her message to her fans on Instagram (with a picture of her from her Super Bowl performance)- " I heard my body is a topic of conversation, so I wanted to say, I’m proud of my body and you should be proud of yours too. No matter who you are or what you do, I could give you a million reasons why you don’t need to cater to anyone or anything to succeed. Be you, and be relentlessly you. That’s the stuff of champions. thank you so much everyone for supporting me. I love you guys. Xoxo, gaga

@sevmom: she caught the ball at the end!

It was tossed perfectly by an athletic director from nearby Rice University.

Perfect toss, perfect catch!

Friend of mine showed me part of the patriots parade, where Gronkowski (who else) was having cans of bud lite thrown at him , and in one case a fan threw it and it looked like he wasn’t looking, and he grabbed it so fast it was amazing, great reflexes.
