My kid got a very nice post card from the AO. Should we take this as a positive sign?
I would not read anything into it.
ETA: Good luck with Laf – my D went there and had a wonderful experience.
I think it seems like a “likely letter.” My son got one, too. It’s the Valentine’s Day themed one with a handwritten note that mentions something specific about your kid’s application? If you go to the page of the QR code, it says they loved your child’s application and lists the admitted student events.
Thank you! We did not look at the QR code!
Does anyone know if there is a RD release date yet?
They posted the date for accepted students on instagram on Friday so I’m hoping this week!
Hopefully! TY
Did anyone else receive an email saying RD will be released later this month?
Yes, got that email.
Has anyone seen an actual RD release date yet? Email or Instagram ?
RD is out! How did you fare?
In as a Marquis Fellow! And the most personal letter of acceptance!
DD accepted with $25k Cur Non scholarship for chem.
One of her faves so super excited for her!
Congratulations! Did you go through the whole interview process for the Marquis fellow? What was that like?
My son is also in as a Marquis Fellow! He’s so excited! He was surprised because the interview process didn’t reveal much. They asked each of the students in his breakout room a couple questions - that was it.
The acceptance letter is the most personalized; it mentioned several aspects of his application.
My D was accepted (happy) with $25k merit, but so far from COA of $94! Does anyone know how good outcomes are for premed students ? I don’t think they have direct clinical internships available, as they have no partnerships with nearby hospitals/ med schools.
