Laidback four-year university for business and comp sci?

I’m 17, Indian, and have started to seriously look into universities. I live in California, so tuition isn’t my immediate concern. I have a 3.66 GPA (UC scale from Rogerhub, including ninth to first semester of eleventh), below-average amount of extra-curriculars, and I’m rather laidback. With the given information, what universities would be a good fit for me? I’m eyeing UC Santa Cruz, UC Riverside, San Jose State, Cal Poly Pomona, and PERHAPS Cal Poly SLO. I’ll appreciate any suggestions you all have!

First of all, only use 10-11th grades for the Roger Hub calculator. Freshman grades are not included except for Cal Poly SLO. You do not give your test scores, if you are considering Cal Poly SLO, your GPA is a little low for both the Business school and Engineering school (where CS is has a 10% acceptance rate). Here is the Freshman profile from this year, so compare your Stats for SLO:

Preliminary New Freshman Profile Fall 2015
COLLEGE APPLIED SELECTED GPA ACT SAT1*
Agriculture, Food & Env. Sciences 4,583 1,955 3.87 28 1253
Architecture & Env. Design 1,921 751 3.92 29 1309
Business 6,709 2,291 3.99 30 1330
Engineering 16,118 3,469 4.13 32 1419
Liberal Arts 7,782 2,714 3.89 28 1277
Science & Mathematics 9,696 3,206 4.06 30 1340
Total 46,799 14,386 4.00 30 1332
*NOTE: SAT1 math and reading scores only

Your GPA is on target for UCR and possibly UCSC.
CPP and SJSU would be solid matches except for CS at SJSU which can be very competitive.

EC’s for the Cal States are hardly considered in the application process, but they are important for the UC’s along with essays, course rigor and test scores. To be honest, the schools on your list may have a laid back vibe, but when it comes to academics, all of them will be competitive for your majors of interest. Since you do not give any test scores, your college list is attainable except for SLO which at the moment is a Reach with your GPA. Work hard, do well on the ACT/SAT and come back to post your final stats at the end of year.

What do you mean by laid-back?

And do you have an SAT/ACT score yet?
