Language Placement Exam

I am a sophomore now, but took a language placement exam when I was a freshman. Is there a place in Wolverine Access where I can find out what I was placed into?

Also, I haven’t taken my language, spanish, for about 3 years now. I think I was placed into Spanish 231, but, I think it would be best if I started over, because I will have forgotten some things. Do I just register for spanish 100 ( I want to do the intensive one so I can do it quicker) or is there a process?

To find out your placement, you’ll probably need to talk to your advisor or the Office of Examinations and Evaluations. I don’t believe that you can find it on Wolverine Access.

Earlier this year, I read on one of the umich sites that you will not receive credit for taking language classes below your placement. However, a language professor can place you down to your appropriate level.

I’m in a similar situation, taking Spanish 232 after 2.5 years without any spanish classes. Good luck!
