<p>Go straight to the admissions offices and ask. This is a perfectly reasonable question and different schools may have different policies. They may ask you to demonstrate your fluency with an SAT II or some other proof - but get the answer from them.</p>
<p>Check the colleges’ web sites; if they are not clear on your question, ask the colleges directly how you can demonstrate knowledge of another language if that is recommended or required of applicants.</p>
