does anyone know if mcgill teaches spoken arabic?

yes, they do.

If you want to know about classes, you could just look at the course calendar.

No, McGill does not, and I doubt you will find any school outside the Arab world which does.

McGill does have three two-semester classes (9 + 6 + 6 = 21 credits) of Modern Standard Arabic (i.e. fusha/literary arabic) but does not teach any spoken Arabic (which is an ill defined idea anyway… which country’s spoken Arabic do you want to learn?).
